Enter your group size, how many rounds you are planning, the green fee per round (use the mid-point of the range if you are still deciding on courses), accommodation type and nightly cost, transport method, and a daily meal budget. The tool divides everything by the group size and gives you a per-head number.
The group discount toggle applies a 12.5% reduction to green fees for groups of 8 or more — which is a reasonable working estimate for courses that offer formal group rates. Not every course discounts, and some discount more. Use it as a guide; confirm with the club directly when you book.
The Copy payment request button puts a plain-text breakdown on your clipboard — ready to paste into the group WhatsApp or email. It includes per-head line items so nobody has to ask why the number is what it is.
This tool does not include flights, golf insurance, or incidentals. Add 10% on top of the total as a contingency for the round that costs more than expected and the round of drinks someone buys on the way home.
