How it works
Pick the courses you want to play, the kind of room you want at the end of the day, and a few practicalities. We'll itemise the bill. Everything in the calculator uses real published green fees from our course data and the typical 2026 rates for hire, caddies and meals.
The result is what we'd budget for the trip ourselves. It is not a quote, and it doesn't include flights — those depend on where you're flying from.
Compare your number with what a tour operator quotes. A good operator earns the markup; many do not. If you're looking at a packaged price more than 30% above this estimate, you're paying for convenience you may not actually want.
